You are welcome here!
Ascent College is partnered with churches worldwide and delights in supporting our international students in their online academic study. For example, please explore our partner site churches in Ghana, Africa, and our recent Women in Ministry Leadership certificate program graduates.
All prospective international students must submit evidence of completing a secondary school program. An official transcript from the secondary institution could demonstrate this completion. All applicants who have (or will) complete secondary school outside of the United States must provide an official secondary school transcript directly from all schools attended and, where appropriate, official results and certificates of completion from a national secondary school examination.
All applicants with foreign academic transcripts and certificates from any university or college must provide official copies of those credentials in the native language with a certified English translation. Official transcripts must be sent from the previous institutions (prospective students may not send documents personally) directly to the Director of Admissions, Amy Barney, at abarney@ascent.edu and the Registrar, Sonji Thee, at sthee@ascent.edu, or may be mailed directly in a sealed and stamped official envelope to:

International students seeking to apply for transfer credits may be required to submit their foreign transcripts for independent review from a third-party organization selected by Ascent College, assuming all associated fees.
Ascent College seeks to enroll international students who demonstrate strong academic performance with records suggesting potential for success at Ascent College. Undergraduate admission is competitive and is most often offered to applicants whose academic credentials indicate marks of “very good” to “excellent.”
All students at Ascent College are expected to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Please contact our Director of Admissions, Amy Barney, at abarney@ascent.edu to begin a conversation and learn more about the requirements and expectations of Ascent College for our international students.
