Ascent College has proudly graduated almost forty women (and counting) from four partner site churches in Ghana, Africa, from the Women in Ministry Leadership certificate program due to the generous, Spirit-filled support of donors faithfully committed to equipping and empowering Ghanaian women on mission for Christ.

Each graduate was individually mentored and developed as a ministry leader, focusing on the unique aspects of women called and purposed for mighty Kingdom impact. Excelling academically and spiritually, each female student successfully completed courses such as:

In addition to our Ghana Scholarship Fund, we’ve also had the great honor and blessing to build computer labs that provided much-needed stable internet and technological access to our students and also served as a unique missional opportunity for the local church to meet a critical community need.

New Ghanaian cohorts begin each Fall under the guidance of our Vice President of African Partnerships, Dr. Jacob Al Hassan, with many women’s names on the waiting list for admittance into the Ascent College Women in Ministry Leadership certificate program.
