Scholarships

These scholarships cannot exceed a combined total of 50% off tuition price.

25% off tuition

• Student must be a member of a partner site church
• Documentation Required: Pastoral Reference
• Student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

25% off tuition for one person

• Both students must be married to each other and enrolled part-time or full-time
• Documentation: Verified on application through name, address, and other supporting documentation
• Student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

25% off tuition

• Students must be age 55 or older
• Documentation: birth date on application
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

50% off tuition

• Student must be 25 years old or under, parent must be a Credentialed Pastor or Missionary within the Assemblies of God
• Documentation: birth date on application, student must provide name of parent and the church so that we can confirm through the church website or with a phone call
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

50% off tuition

• Student must be a  spouse of a Credentialed Pastor within the Assemblies of God
• Documentation: information on application, name, address, and other supporting documentation
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

50% off tuition

• Student must be a Credentialed Pastor or Missionary within the Assemblies of God 
• Documentation: proof of employment
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

25% off tuition

• Student must be enrolled in the women’s collective cohort classes
• Documentation: Enrolled in one of the four classes in the women’s collective cohort (transcript)
• You must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

25% off tuition

• Student must be enrolled in the Children’s Ministry Leadership program.
• Documentation: Enrolled in one of the four classes in the Children’s Ministry Leadership Certificate program (transcript)
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

25% off tuition

• Students applying must have a cumulative GPA of 3.8 or higher on their most recent transcript with a minimum of 12 hours or a CLT Score of 95 or higher. They must maintain that GPA each semester to continue receiving the scholarship. Students receiving this scholarship may be enrolled full or part-time
• If the GPA is weighted, Ascent College will use the weighted GPA.

10% off tuition

• Students applying must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5-3.79 on their most recent transcript with a minimum of 12 hours or a CLT Score of 65 or higher. They must maintain that GPA each semester to continue receiving the scholarship. Students receiving this scholarship may be enrolled full or part-time. 
• If the GPA is weighted, Ascent College will use the weighted GPA

• District Level Superior with Invitation $500 off tuition (one time)
• National Level Superior $1000 off tuition (one time)
• Award of Merit $1500 off tuition (one time)
• Documentation: Award Certificate(s) and possible church leader/pastor verification

50% off tuition

• Student must be a full-time member of the faculty or staff at Ascent College or must be the spouse or child of a full-time member of the faculty or staff at Ascent College.
• Documentation: HR records
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship

• Amount varies depending on need and special circumstances. This scholarship may be combined with another not to exceed 50% off the tuition price.
• Documentation: may demonstrate financial need with the FAFSA and/or a letter demonstrating special financial circumstances.
• Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to keep this scholarship
